I’m a healthcare professional, yoga instructor, menopause health coach, and physical therapist on a mission to bring menopause awareness out from under its historical “veil of secrecy.” I blend traditional medicine with holistic wellness along with my own experience of the menopause transition to help women move through this life stage with more confidence, less confusion and a game plan for ongoing and future health and well being.  This work began in simple conversations:  walks with friends, small “living room” gatherings, and community groups of women who wanted to understand what was happening in their bodies and how to get support. It has grown into community education classes, yoga workshops, and one-on-one coaching, all centered on helping women feel informed, supported, and equipped to play their own long game.
 
My coaching focuses on  small, sustainable lifestyle shifts that build over time. We start with awareness and education, move into empowerment, and then into realistic, long-term habits. The goal is to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident now, while also supporting your future self—with more energy, resilience, and, hopefully, better sleep.   I believe in this approach and have felt and seen the changes in my own 60 year old body and brain.
