When I am not supporting clients, friends and family or leading a yoga class here or there, you can find me enjoying the changing seasons of Eastern Massachusetts where I continue to work on my own long game.  Life at home is beautifully, yet at times chaotically, shared with my friends, family and our two "energetic" dogs who keep me grounded and striving to find joy in the present moment.
